The big day is here and all you need is someone to relieve you of the stresses of the day. We can meet with vendors to ensure all items are correct, prepare the
ceremony and reception locations and assist you with any issue that may arise during the day. This would include a rehearsal the day prior to the wedding.
If you have already begun the process and have your location and perhaps some vendors already contracted, you may only need this service. We can enter in and assist
you with reviewing of contracts, finalizing vendors and make additional suggestions to personalize your event. We can become your on island spokesperson and
coordinator from now until the end of your wedding day.
We will assist you in locating your reception venue, creating gift bag ideas, arranging group discounts for accommodation and contracting local vendors for flowers,
music, wedding cake and transportation. We will guide you in the planning and designing of your color scheme, the timing and logistics of the event, creating
itineraries and seating plans, and assist in the creation of all the tiny details to make your event personal. You would have us from the day you begin your planning
This service is charged at an hourly rate and designed for those wanting additional help in planning their wedding
and to ensure all details are handled with the expertise of a professional wedding planner.
